Our Team

We understand that recovery is a journey, and our team is here to walk alongside each resident as she takes those important first steps toward rebuilding her life. Through guidance, mentorship, and compassionate support, we help women build confidence, stability, and a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Safe Harbor House is located in a 2-family home my family has owned for more than 40 years. The house has been occupied by me, my kids and my parents over the years. It has also been rented to tenants and visitors to the area through Airbnb and Vrbo.

In a way, I have been creating the experience of “home” for folks for a long time. I couldn’t be more happy to be providing this experience now to my sisters in sobriety as they embark on or continue their journeys.

I have been sober and clean for more than 35 years. It’s time to pay it forward to the next generation of recovering warriors.

I’d love to say this was all my idea but it wasn’t. While my parents are not here anymore, I believe they were the ones who told me I had to do this. They loved that I was sober and actually gave me Safe Harbor when I arrived at their doorstep in 1990 fresh out of detox.

They had been to Alanon meetings and made me a deal: daily meeting attendance was a requirement for my nightly “bed”. Sober livings were not as popular or numerous as they are now, but it would have been nice to have that built-in supportive community when I was starting out.

It is in my parents’ memory and in a spirit of great adventure that I embark on this journey with you. I am sharing my home and my experience with the conviction that all things are possible when we are sober, free and clear.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my role at Safe Harbor, combining two years of dedicated work in the addiction treatment field with a deeply personal understanding of the recovery journey. Having worked across detox settings and outpatient programs, I've developed a well-rounded perspective on what clients need at every stage of their recovery, from the earliest moments of stabilization to the ongoing work of building a sober life. This range of experience allows me to meet clients exactly where they are, with compassion and without judgment.

As the outreach coordinator, I'm passionate about connecting individuals and families to the resources and support they need, often at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In my role as House Manager, I help foster a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where residents can focus on healing and growth.

What sets me apart is that I know firsthand what it means to face the challenges of addiction and choose recovery. That lived experience is at the heart of everything I do, and it's what allows me to build genuine trust with those I serve. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, deepening my understanding of the human mind and furthering my commitment to providing the highest level of care to those I work with. I believe that recovery is not only possible, it's also worth fighting for.

I’m a sober coach, recovery advocate, and community connector based in the Greater Boston area. I’m also in long-term recovery myself, which means I bring both lived experience and professional insight to the work I do.

By day, I serve as the Director of Clinical Outreach at Crown Adolescent Health, a PHP and IOP program supporting adolescents and their families. My background in clinical outreach, business development, and project management allows me to bridge the gap between individuals seeking help and the resources that can truly support lasting change.

As a sober coach, I work one-on-one with individuals who are ready to build a life in recovery - whether that means navigating early sobriety, creating structure, or reconnecting with purpose. I’m deeply rooted in the local recovery community and passionate about helping people find connection, support, and a path that feels authentic to them.
